2. Personal data we collect

When you use our contact form, we may collect the following personal data:

  • first name and last name;
  • email address;
  • telephone number, when voluntarily provided;
  • university or institution;
  • professional role;
  • any information voluntarily included in the message.

Our website and its technical services may also process limited technical information, such as IP address, browser type, device information and access logs, for security, operation and fraud-prevention purposes.

Please do not include sensitive or special-category personal data in the message field unless strictly necessary.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We process the information submitted through the contact form to:

  • respond to enquiries;
  • provide information about our educational programmes and services;
  • evaluate possible academic or institutional collaborations;
  • take steps requested by the user before entering into a possible agreement;
  • protect the security and correct operation of the website.

The legal bases for this processing are Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation, when processing is necessary to respond to a request or take pre-contractual steps, and Article 6(1)(f), where processing is necessary for our legitimate interests in managing professional enquiries, institutional relationships and website security.

Submitting the contact form does not automatically subscribe the user to a newsletter or other promotional communications.

4. Mandatory and optional information

Fields marked with an asterisk are required to process and respond to the enquiry. Failure to provide this information may prevent us from handling the request.

Providing a telephone number and writing a message are optional.

5. How we process and store contact requests

The website uses Forminator to collect and manage form submissions. The information submitted may be stored in the website database and transmitted by email to authorised members of i-strategies.

Appropriate technical and organisational measures are applied to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure.

6. Recipients of personal data

Personal data may be accessed by:

  • authorised personnel and collaborators of i-strategies;
  • website hosting, maintenance, security and email service providers;
  • technical providers acting on behalf of i-strategies;
  • public authorities where disclosure is required by law.

Personal data will not be sold.

7. Google Analytics and Google Ads

Subject to the user’s cookie preferences, the website may use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the website and Google Ads to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, including completed contact requests.

Where data are transferred outside the European Economic Area, such transfers will take place in accordance with the safeguards required by applicable data-protection law.

Contact-form submissions will be retained only for the time reasonably necessary to respond to and manage the enquiry and, normally, for no longer than 24 months from the last relevant communication.

Technical logs and analytics information are retained according to the settings and periods described in the Cookie Policy or by the relevant service providers.

10. International data transfers

Some technical service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where applicable, i-strategies relies on the safeguards recognised by the GDPR, such as adequacy decisions, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses.

  • correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;
  • deletion of personal data, where applicable;
  • restriction of processing;
