Faculty-Led Program in Italy: Entrepreneurship and Italian Food & Wine Culture
A one week corporate-based study-abroad program – based in Offida (Le Marche region) – combining practical entrepreneurship education, company visits, meeting with CEOs and authentic food&wine culture.
Our programs provide short-term learning experiences for groups of students accompanied by their faculty.

Our Learning Philosophy
Our learning philosophy is experiential rather than lecture-based and is structured around four key pillars. This is what we call the “Offida Approach”:

Challenge-Based Learning
Students develop entrepreneurial skills in practice by pitching projects to companies based on real business challenges

Residential Learning
Students share apartments and meals, developing a strong sense of community and intercultural skills.

Community Immersion
We connect students with local stakeholders, including entrepreneurs, associations and cultural institutions, creating an authentic community immersion.

Italian Food&Wine Experience
Students discover Italian food and wine culture through authentic local experiences, tastings and encounters with producers, while promoting responsible drinking.
One-Week Program Fee: €590 per Student. The Fee includes:

Accommodation
Student accommodation is provided in shared apartments with double and triple rooms and a shared kitchen.

Lunches
Daily lunches at the Ciù Ciù Showroom, prepared by an Italian chef.
